Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of gymthingz.com and any purchase from GymThingz (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy: support@gymthingz.com.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we ship it. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, for suspected fraud, a stock error, or a destination we cannot ship to — and if we cancel, you are refunded in full, promptly. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel rather than silently charge the wrong amount.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card number is entered on and handled by Stripe's systems — it never touches our servers. We also accept Venmo on a manual-confirmation basis: those orders ship after payment is confirmed. Your card statement will show GYMTHINGZ.

Pricing and product information

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping (shown before payment) and any applicable taxes or import charges. We photograph gear honestly; minor variations in color from screen to fabric, and small print-placement differences between runs, are normal for apparel and aren't defects.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Canadian orders additionally require the customs waiver presented at checkout; the waiver text you accept is stored with your order.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login to yourself. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Our content

The GymThingz name, emblem, designs, and site content are ours. Buying a shirt licenses you to wear an excellent shirt; it doesn't license reproduction of the designs or brand.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted — never retroactively.
