Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to any other destination cannot be placed — checkout enforces this, so you will never be charged for an order we cannot ship.

Rates

• United States — $20 flat. Shipping is free on orders of $400 or more.
• Canada — $50 flat on every order, regardless of order size. International shipping costs us what it costs us; there is no free-shipping threshold for Canadian orders.

Canadian orders — customs

Cross-border parcels can be delayed, inspected, or refused by customs, and that process is outside our control. Canadian buyers accept a customs waiver at checkout before ordering: the $50 shipping fee is non-refundable, and GymThingz is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs. If a parcel does not clear customs, the waiver you accepted at checkout applies. Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged at the border are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number the moment your label is created, and tracking updates as the parcel moves. US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing; Canadian delivery varies with customs clearance.

Wrong address?

Contact us at support@gymthingz.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can correct a shipping address any time before the label is printed. Once a parcel is in the carrier's hands we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damage). We will work the carrier claim and make it right with a replacement or refund — you should not have to fight a carrier to get what you paid for.
