Returns & Refunds

The short version

30 days, unworn, tags on, full refund. If we got something wrong — defective item, wrong item — we pay the return shipping and make it right immediately.

Return window and condition

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that come back worn, washed, or damaged by use are not eligible and will be sent back to you.

How to start a return

• Email support@gymthingz.com with your order number and which items you're returning.
• We reply with the return address and instructions — usually within one business day.
• Ship it back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when the return is our fault (see below).

Refunds

Once the return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on standard returns. We'll email you when the refund is sent.

Exchanges

Sizes and drops sell out, so we don't hold stock for exchanges. The fastest path to a different size is: start a return for the original, and place a new order for the size you want whenever you're ready — no need to wait for the refund.

Defective or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We cover return shipping and send a replacement — or a full refund including original shipping if you'd rather. This is our mistake to fix, not your cost to carry.

Canadian orders

The $50 Canadian shipping fee is non-refundable, per the customs waiver accepted at checkout, and parcels seized or returned by customs are not eligible for refund or replacement under that waiver. Standard 30-day returns otherwise apply to delivered Canadian orders — see the Shipping Policy for the full customs terms.
